Tools for Future Leaders to Thrive

Whether new to your career or a full time student, trying to figure out what your future holds can be a challenging time.  We are bombarded with information and feedback both in person and electronically and finding our way through the noise can be overwhelming.

Neuroscience tells us that multitasking is a myth.   Each time we shift between competing events, our brains actually need time to shift gears to the new task, reducing our ability to remember.  My work with students and new professionals is about setting priorities that will help you move towards your goals without being derailed by the distractions from both ourselves and others.

To help students learn how to optimize their attention and use resilience to manage their stress I have programs to give them the skills I wish I had when I was starting out.

Programs to develop future leaders:

*Finding Balance - Learn more with less time and effort

*SOARing - Using your stress to calm and chart your course

*Gamify your learning -Use your strengths to excel & learn
